This mechanic is dishonest he charged me $601.72 to replace the electronic actuator on my turbo, when problem persisted I had to take it somewhere else I have the inspection report and photos proving the part was never changed and still the factory part, he won’t respond to my refund request. He blatantly committed fraud charging for parts and labor he didn’t do.

I had an absolute nightmare experience with my elderly father's mini van. After 3 months, 4 other mechanics, and $1,300 in parts that didn't fix the problem Chris was able to diagnose and actually fix the problem for a fraction of the price other mechanics had already charged us to not fix the problem. Chris was great! Definitely recommend 👌

Chris did great work on my 2015 Chevrolet equinox. I've taken it to other shops multiple times trying to get the steering wheel to stop shaking spent thousands. Took it to Chris and he fixed it with no problem and he didnt charge me nearly as much as the other shops have. Super friendly and chill guy I highly recommend and won't be taking my car to anyone but Chris.

Chris was recommended by a work colleague after the dealership would not honor the warranty for my EGR valve replacement at only 45K miles (100K mile powertrain warranty). Dealership wanted $1660 to fix. I took it to Chris at Overpeck Auto Repair and he diagnosed it as the same EGR valve issue. Here is where it gets interesting... I told him about the Dealership charging me $240 for their diagnostic. "That's steep for a diagnosis and it SHOULD be covered under your powertrain warranty because you have to take it off the motor. It's not a simple wearable part like a spark plug is" he said. He continued "Find out the codes they pulled up and I'll check the Technical Service Bulletines on your car to verify it's covered. Plus I'll send you the codes my diagnostic machine shows." So I asked for the codes and sent them to Chris. They sent me codes that DIDN'T even pertain to the EGR valve but to the Mass Air Flow system, even though their paperwork showed it was the EGR they'd replace for the $1660. His codes WERE for the EGR valve AND matched the Service Bulletine with a n
